The establishment of Dimples Lifespaces provides me with an opportunity to leverage the skills and extensive network I cultivated during my 12-year tenure at a prominent Mumbai real estate development and construction firm. Founding this company allows me to realize my vision of redeveloping historic residential properties. Furthermore, I am steadfast in championing progressive urban strategies, striving to create more beautiful, livable, and accessible spaces for all. Through this endeavor, I aim to enhance the surroundings and positively impact the lives of those within the community.
APPROACH

We uncover redevelopment opportunities in historic downtowns in MUMBAI, near transportation,
universities and hospitals. These areas demonstrate favourable long-term supply and demand dynamics.
We focus on redeveloping historic properties, particularly residential and mixed-use. We look for
architecturally significant Townhouses, apartment buildings and commercial buildings built before
the 1980s, with deferred maintenance, subpar operations, poor renovations and under-built zoning
envelopes. Total budgets range from INR 15 crores to INR 80 crores. My business plan is simple but effective -
redevelop, repurpose, extend and restore properties with development timelines of 1 to 2 years.
